We were pleased to do a TerraScreen® demonstration this week for a very large internet company in Mountain View. Creative Plant Design, the company’s interiorscaper, and Sunborne Nursery (a wholesale nursery and Tournesol distributor) coordinated the effort and provided the plant material. By setting up the installation on the fly and then removing it after 3 days, we showed how easy the system is to install and move around. The demo featured a 4′x4′ and a 4′x8′ section.
One of the most attractive things for the client was the option of using the living wall as a freestanding screen that could be moved around at will. They were already using whiteboards for the same purpose. The TerraScreen stand can be outfitted with casters, and with the self-contained irrigation it is free to go anywhere.
